You are introduced to a concept called “Everyday Courage” and what it takes to live in courage on a daily basis. You will learn how to choose your response, one that fits your core values. This workbook takes you through an exercise to determine the results you are getting by living with your current level of courage. The “Manage Your Emotions” exercise is ideal for people who fall short due to being overly emotional or letting their emotions stop them from acting out of courage.
