There are times when following isn’t in someone's best interest. The top reason people don’t follow is they have found nothing worth following. Here are a few reasons people may not follow you:

The time has come for you to stand up and stake your claim as an entrepreneurial woman. Yes, you! You’re never too old or too young to see yourself as – and be - an entrepreneur. When I graduated from college my mindset was finding a job, working for a paycheck and paying my bills.

Every woman has her ‘must-haves.’ You must-have that certain hair brush. You must-have the exact style of dress. You must-have a specific keyboard. And you must-have a certain breakfast to start your day. But what about your business must-haves? When you look back at 2010, what did you miss? What must-haves were overlooked? The successful business woman needs specific must-haves to move her business beyond parameters set. She is smart to realize what she missed and what she should ask for.
